The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our sales and marketing operations. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand market presence, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth across residential, commercial, and strata sectors.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Direct and coordinate marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish pricing strategies and sales targets to maximise revenue and market share.
• Oversee branding, website content, social media engagement, and lead-generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, builders, strata managers, and residential clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Manage budgets for marketing activities and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Lead and coordinate sales staff or contractors, ensuring performance targets and service standards are met.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade networks, and business development meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing management role 
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in English language (spoken and written)
• Current Driver’s License (preferred)
• Salary: AUS $77,000 - $87,000 per year + super Monday-Friday
